wah lao.. today pe. ran 3.2km can.. wah lao eh. then do 10 push-ups. then 10 reverse push-ups. then 20 sit-ups. then stretching. MADNESS sia. i haven run since napfa? wtf can. seriously cannot take the running.. i am so freaking LOUSY. why run 3.2km? coz to prepare us for the
COMPULSORY cross country.. sigh..
